Refund Policy
Last updated: October 2026
This policy applies to refund requests for VPNRW subscription services. Before paying, read this page and the Terms of Service. To request a refund, submit a support ticket through the user panel so the request can be matched to the payment order.
Refund Window and Eligibility
You may request a full, no-questions-asked refund within 7 days of your first payment. The window is measured from the time of the first successful payment, and the support ticket submission record is used to verify whether the request was made on time. You do not need to prove that you could not connect, and troubleshooting does not have to be completed before your request can be considered.
Monthly subscriptions and data packages are billed differently, but a data package is not excluded from the first-payment refund commitment solely because it is a data package. Data packages remain available until used and do not expire. This describes their usage period; it does not extend the refund window. For renewals, duplicate payments, or upgrades, specify the relevant order in your ticket for review. These orders do not automatically restart the first-payment refund window.
Eligibility Limits and Order Review
You may request a refund within the applicable window if your plans change, your device configuration is unsuitable, or the service does not meet your expectations. A successful connection, testing a route, or using part of a package's data allowance is not, by itself, grounds to deny a no-questions-asked refund.
Requests made after the window are not covered by the no-questions-asked refund commitment on this page. Unpaid orders have no funds to refund, and an order that has already been refunded cannot be refunded again. Suspected use beyond package limits, payment disputes, or account activity that may violate the Terms of Service must be reviewed against the order, usage records, and relevant terms. No additional data deduction threshold has been published, and a temporary usage standard will not be used to reduce an eligible full refund. If there is a dispute, explain the basis in your support ticket; a label indicating an anomaly alone is not enough to reach a conclusion.
How to Request a Refund
- Sign in to the user panel, find the paid order in your order history, and check the package name, payment time, amount, and payment method.
- Go to the support ticket page, state that you are requesting a refund, and provide the order number and payment details listed above. You may include a reason, but it is not required as proof for a no-questions-asked refund.
- If the order in the panel does not match your payment record, you may attach proof of payment and redact information unrelated to this review. If anything is missing, add it to the original ticket to keep the full handling record together.
Do not include your password, full subscription link, or payment account login credentials in a support ticket. If you cannot sign in, check the available account recovery options at the login page. Keep your order and payment records safe.
Refund Routes and Payment Methods
Payments made through Alipay or WeChat are generally refunded through the original payment channel. The available route depends on the original transaction and whether the channel supports refunds. If a refund to the original payment method fails or is restricted by the channel, explain the reason in your support ticket so available options can be reviewed. You will not be asked to transfer money to an unfamiliar account to complete a refund.
USDT transfers use a different refund process from Alipay and WeChat, and the original transaction cannot be assumed to be reversible. For an on-chain refund, the original payment record, relevant network, receiving address, and any network fees must be confirmed in the support ticket before processing. The full refund commitment does not change based on the payment method. If the refund route involves fees, how they will be handled must be explained first; no amount may be deducted without confirmation.
Refund Status and Service Access
Request acceptance, refund initiation, and funds arriving are separate stages. The time it takes for funds to arrive depends on order verification, the payment channel, or on-chain confirmation. No fixed arrival time is promised on this page. Check progress in the original support ticket, and use your payment channel records or on-chain transaction records to confirm receipt.
Once a refund is completed, subscription benefits for that order end, and you should no longer rely on that order for connection service. If a refund is marked complete but the funds have not arrived, provide the relevant refund record to avoid submitting the same request again. For other order questions, see the FAQ. See the Privacy Policy for how account information is handled.
