Service Scope

VPNRW provides international route connections, subscription management, and access to client downloads. The service covers 90+ countries / 220+ routes and supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Available routes, configurations, and eligibility for client downloads are shown in the user panel.

The subscription provides network connectivity; it does not include memberships, content licenses, or account eligibility for third-party websites. Third-party platforms may change access based on location, account status, or their own rules. A successful connection does not guarantee access to specific content or features.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. Keep your password, subscription link, and imported configuration secure. These details may provide access to your account or use of your traffic, so do not publish them publicly, share them with others, or include them in public materials.

There is no limit on the number of devices connected at the same time, for use by the account holder on their own devices. An unlimited device count does not permit account sharing. Reselling, renting, or lending an account, or splitting a subscription for others to use, is prohibited. Activity and traffic usage on devices are attributed to the corresponding account.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into the remaining days. Traffic bundles remain available until used and never expire. See the Plans page for prices and capacity, and check the billing method and traffic rules before confirming a plan.

Acceptable Use

Users must comply with the laws and regulations that apply where they live and where they use the service, as well as the terms of the websites they visit. Do not use the service for unlawful purposes, including violating others’ privacy or intellectual property rights, distributing illegal content, committing fraud, accessing systems without authorization, or disrupting network operations.

Do not use a subscription to send bulk unsolicited messages, launch attacks, or misuse resources in ways that affect other users’ connections. Users are responsible for confirming that their content and actions have a lawful basis. Network connectivity does not replace any required authorization.

Availability and Limitation of Responsibility

Connection performance may be affected by local networks, carrier routing, device settings, maintenance, and third-party platform policies. VPNRW does not guarantee that every region, time period, or destination website will always be accessible, and service coverage does not guarantee the availability of any specific route.

If you experience connection issues, first check your local network and subscription status. Then share the necessary details through a user panel support ticket. Do not submit your password or full subscription link. Issues caused by changes to third-party services or user device settings will be handled according to their specific circumstances.

Responsibility and available remedies are governed by applicable law. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or limit rights users are entitled to under the law.

Account Restrictions and Termination

If an account is resold or shared, used unlawfully, or used to maliciously disrupt the service, or if there is evidence that account credentials have been exposed and are being misused, VPNRW may restrict connections, suspend the subscription, or terminate the account as appropriate. Restrictions may be applied first when necessary to contain an ongoing risk.

Users who disagree with a restriction may explain the situation and request a review through a support ticket. The review will consider the nature of the activity and the findings. Normal use across multiple devices will not, by itself, be treated as a violation. Termination does not affect the handling of existing disputes as required by law.

Changes to These Terms and Policy Guidance

VPNRW may update these terms when the service scope, usage rules, or applicable laws change, and will note the update month on this page. Important changes affecting user rights will be explained through an on-site announcement or a notice in the user panel. Review updates before continuing to use the service or renewing.
